Sam Ghoubrial has more than 40 years in franchising as a franchisor and a franchisee. Sam possesses the skills and mindset to understand the relationship between both sides of the business industry as a franchisor and franchisee domestically and internationally.
Sam, as a franchisor, operated with Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, McDonald’s, Papa John’s Pizza, Quiznos, Potbelly Sandwich Works, and most recently as Sr. Director of Franchise Development and Operations for Mooyah Burgers Fries and Shakes. In addition, he was the Master Franchise owner-operator for Steak Escape Sandwich Grill in all of Orange County, California.
Operating as Steak Escape Franchise Owner for 3 years, he increased his sales by 18% for the same number of units which led to being the recipient of the system-wide highest sales award. With his numerous accomplishments and outstanding commitment to the industry, he knows what franchisors seek in their franchisees and the traits it takes to succeed.
Sam also possesses an MBA degree in Accounting which helped his businesses maximize their profits and increase efficiency. He has received the PepsiCo Foods International H.Q.S.C Award as the best Pizza Hut operation throughout the Middle East, Europe, and Africa.
During his successful career and remarkable accomplishments, he has had the privilege of working with diverse business owners from all over the world. As a result, he has a profound respect for individuals of all cultures and their unique talents and perspectives.
